Patti Elledge is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who has specialized in therapeutic application of neuroscience for 40 years. She has a broad clinical background in treating developmental and attachment based traumas, offering somatic strategies to access healthy bonding, self- and co-regulatory processes. She worked directly with babies, children and families for more than 20 years prior to her SE training in the late 90s, and weaves strategies from the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, sensory processing, coherent narratives, embodiment through movement and creativity processes. She has trained extensively with Peter Levine, Raja Selvam and Diane Poole Heller in both SE and DARe workshops and serves as a Senior Assistant, session provider and case consultant for the SE trainings. Patricia Meadows, MS, RN, RCST, SEP, is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a holistic nurse/trauma therapist with 40 years experience facilitating healing and transformation. In her private practice, Integral Healing & Living, she specializes in working with people with diverse forms of trauma and early attachment wounding. Her unique synthesis of holistic modalities integrates SE and advanced SE bodywork with specialized training and experience: pre-natal and perinatal trauma therapy (trained with Ray Castellino), attachment work, interpersonal neurobiology, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Authentic Movement and embodied psychospiritual inquiry. Alicen Halquist is a Licensed Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Somatic Psychology. She has 23 years’ experience facilitating and assisting in the training of the Somatic Experiencing (SE) model through the Foundation for Human Enrichment (FHE, formerly SETI). She has extensive experience integrating SE with the DARe model.
Alicen has served as a Faculty Instructor, a Senior Lead Assistant, and supervises trainings through the advanced level for FHE. In addition, she is Adjunct Faculty in the graduate somatic psychology program at the Naropa University, in Boulder, CO, and has also been trained in Psychobiological therapy by Stan Tatkin.
Her approach integrates deep mindfulness, is informed by eastern philosophy, a personal meditation practice, yoga, dance/creative arts therapy, and a belief that healing trauma can give us direct access to spiritual expansion.
Elisabeth Schneider Kaiser is a senior assistant in the Somatic Experiencing work. Training in BA, communication skills by C. Rogers, Somatic Experiencing. Judith Beermann Zeligson is a Gestalt psychotherapist with 40 years of experience in working with psychotherapy supervision and training. She is also a SE® practitioner and a family therapist with a particular focus on early attachment. Judith has a unique capacity to discover the innate resources of the individual and reach the core where we dare to see our own patterns. With a sense of humor and a clarity of mind and speech, she integrates theory and practice. Participants are invited to explore what shapes their present life – and experience that transformation is possible as one dares to receive a new experience.
