Over the course of this 3-day workshop, we will introduce the fundamental concepts of attachment styles: secure, ambivalent, avoidant and disorganized––and how these early adaptation patterns can influence adult relationships. The training consists of lectures, experiential exercises, guided imagery meditations, practice sessions, live (and recorded) demos.

DARe 1 (either live or online) is the prerequisite for all other DARe programs, the last three of which can then be taken in any order. If you have completed the Attachment Mastery Program Online or attended a live DARe 1 training, you have met the prerequisite in order to attend these trainings.
