Beginning level in the DARe workshops:

This three-day workshop will introduce the fundamental concepts of Attachment Styles: Secure, Ambivalent/Preoccupied, Avoidant/Dismissive and Disorganized – as well as how they impact our current adult relationships.  Based on Dr. Diane Poole Heller’s groundbreaking approach, this workshop will help you learn what the hallmarks are for identifying each style, their challenges and what is needed to heal insecure attachment patterns, as well as what is needed to “learn” and reinforce secure attachment. It will include lectures, experiential exercises, guided imagery meditations, practice sessions, live demos, and videos.
