In this 3-day workshop, professionals will discover how to assist their most challenging clients to resolve the victim-perpetrator power wound, repair ruptured boundaries, and overcome the entanglement between the clients’ attachment system and an easily triggered threat response. Help clients return to their inherent core intactness and enlivening vitality as they embody new experiences that contradict the residue of unresolved trauma. This includes healing chronic threat responses such as fight, flight and freeze, disconnection, dissociation, flooding, fragmentation, and the hallmarks of Disorganized Attachment.

We will also focus on understanding “harmful empathy,” conflicted approach/avoidance strategies, releasing victim-perpetrator fusion and toxic interjects as well as understanding how to support therapeutic alliance by clearing severe trauma transferences.
