Diane Poole Heller and three world-class couples therapists join together this spring to deliver the life-enriching information about the link between Attachment and neuroscience in our 4th Annual DARe to Connect Conference.

This year, our subject is “THRIVE! Trauma, Attachment, and Neuroscience.”

Our experts converge in beautiful Boulder, Colorado and peel back the layers of science to reveal how we are wired for Secure Adult Attachment and deeply enriching relationships.

DARe to Connect 2017 – Practical Resources in Achieving Secure Attachment

This weekend of discovery originated from our desire to deliver valuable techniques, practical skills, and real-life experience to empower therapists in assisting and guiding their clients into Secure Adult Attachment, in spite of Insecure Adult Attachment disorders (adaptations represents the accurate terminology see note below*) that have often plagued their relationships in the past.

For Our Therapists: Immediate Skills and Insight from Our Experts

As a therapist, you can expect high-level, evidence-based information and practical techniques, in addition to 20 CE credits.

Three experts in couple’s therapy

  • Live demos with Diane Poole Heller
  • Case questions and clinical interventions
  • Panel discussions

If you are a therapist and know a friend or loved one who thrives through expansion and knowledge, please let them know about this special event.

DARe to Connect: Not Only for Therapists

If you desire more fulfillment and connections in all relationships, including romantic partnerships, DARe to Connect 2017 is perfect for you. With the insight from three couple’s therapists, you can discover new ways to cultivate, develop, and enjoy deeply satisfying relationships. This conference is perfect for couples!

Because the topic of Insecure Adult Attachment disorders (adaptations) affects the lives of millions of Americans, we also realize that everyday people and soul seekers may express an interest in this conference. We welcome you and commend you for taking a proactive approach to building Secure Attachment in your relationships.

DARe (Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience) is a series of professional Somatic Attachment workshops designed to provide therapists with practical techniques in helping clients achieve Secure Attachment, more loving relationships, and deeper connections.

For this event, a professional therapy practice is not a requirement for attendance and we believe that anyone interested in healing Adult Attachment adaptations will walk away from this year’s conference with a deeper understanding of how to achieve Secure Attachment in addition to the complex interdependence of our Attachment and neuroscience.

Attachment Therapy covers Secure Attachment, as well as Attachment Adaptations: Avoidant, Ambivalent, and Disorganized, identifying the potential source of Attachment Adaptations, unraveling habitual behaviors surrounding each type of Adaptation, and outlining possible techniques to move into Secure Attachment.

* “Attachment disorders” is not an accurate description for Attachment adaptations, as no disorder exists, though this commonly infiltrates the concept of Attachment Therapy.
